How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Custom Telephone Systems has been in business in Waco and the Central Texas area for over 35 years. The business was built on customer satisfaction and this continues to be our focus and goal. We take the time to meet with the customer, listen to their needs and then customize a phone system that meets them.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Waco is the home to the only office for Custom Telephone Systems. Our parent company, C2mTech, is based out of Carrollton, TX but has locations in the larger cities around Texas.
What type of payments do you accept?
Cash, Check, Credit Cards
Which areas do you service?
The primary coverage area for Custom Telephone Systems is the Central Texas region, however, we have many customers in Houston, San Antonio, Dallas/Ft. Worth and outside of the Texas borders.
What are your hours of operation?
Normal business hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. We understand that customers often have needs or emergencies outside of those hours, so if someone calls our office number we have staff available to assist.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
Returned service. We are always building relationships with our customers. When they return for service work, expansion, upgrades or a new phone system it says we are doing it the right way.
